Schengen Visa

The entry formalities vary according to the country of origin. You can check if you need a Schengen Visa and all the required formalities at Schengen visas info page from “Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores, Unión Europea y Cooperación”.

Invitation Letter

The organising committee will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for VISA purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a VISA. This does not imply a commitment from the committee to provide any financial support.

Invitation letters will only be provided if registration is completed and paid in full. Request a VISA letter sending an email to ewgla2025@uca.es with subject “Visa Invitation Letter“,
