Jerez de la Frontera (see location) is accessible by direct flights from various airports. Below are some suggestions for reaching the city from the nearest airports (Jerez, Sevilla and Málaga). We suggest bringing some small change and a valid credit card in case certain payments require it.

From Málaga airport

One can reach Jerez by bus or train (via Sevilla), but we recommend renting a car to reduce the travel time. The travel distance is approximately 270 km.

From Seville airport

One can reach Sevilla city by bus or taxi from the airport and then take a mid-distance train or bus to Jerez de la Frontera.

From Jerez airport

One can reach the city by taxi, suburban train, or intercity buses. There are also some mid-distance trains that allow you to reach the train station from the airport. More information about the connections timetable is detailed below. [Last updated March 2025.]
