Authors’ Instructions

Please arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time in order to transfer your presentation to the computer. Your presentation should be in PDF format to ensure it retains the correct configuration. You will need a USB drive to transfer the file. If you wish to use your own computer, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Each presentation is given 17 minutes, with an additional 3 minutes for questions. It is important to adhere to this time limit strictly to ensure the session stays on schedule.

 

Session Chairs’ Instructions

The last author listed in each session has been designated as the session chair. As chair, please ensure that each presentation stays within the designated time as much as possible. Before beginning the session, make sure all presentations are loaded onto the computer and confirm that all authors are present and ready to begin.

 

About Certificates

Certificates of presentation and attendance will be sent by email to all participants after the conference has concluded. If you require a printed certificate, please contact the organizing team after delivering your talk.
