All the registration fees for the conference include conference welcome pack, lunches, welcome reception, social activities and gala dinner. Details about the regular and student fees are provided in the table below. We also provide grants for students and/or researchers who lack funding. Detailed information regarding the application process for these grants will be made available shortly.

* Students are required to provide a copy of a valid ID that certifies their full-time student status.

Registration will open in March, 2025. Please check back here for a link to the submission system. To proceed with the registration complete the “Registration Form” below and follow the registration payment procedure when needed. The registration process consists of one or two steps, depending on your fee.
