Registration
All the registration fees for the conference include conference welcome pack, lunches, welcome reception, social activities and gala dinner. The registration fee is non-refundable. We also provide grants for students and/or researchers who lack funding. Detailed information regarding the application process for these grants have been sent via email to the participants.

* Students are required to provide a copy of a valid ID that certifies their full-time student status.
Registration is now open and the deadline for the early registration is on April 30, 2025. The registration process consists of two steps:
1) Registration payment.
Please proceed with the registration payment following the instructions detailed below.
The registration payment will be made by bank transfer to the Universidad de Cádiz:
Concept: EWGLA LastName FirstName
Account: IBAN ES48 0049 4870 8529 1609 2739 (SWIFT BSCHESMM)
Only in case you need an invoice for the payment you must send an email to ewgla2025@uca.es with subject “Registration Invoice” providing the following information:
CIF/ID, NAME (SURNAME), FISCAL ADDRESS, CONCEPT, AMOUNT.
For operational reasons, you may be registered by the UCA administration.
