All participants wishing to present a talk at the meeting are required to submit an abstract following the provided template. Each attendee is allowed to present one abstract at the conference. Please submit your abstract no later than February 19, 2025. All submissions will be reviewed. Notification of the decision of the referees will be sent to the corresponding author by March 10, 2025.

Abstract submission will open in January, 2025. Please check back here for a link to the submission system.

All questions about abstract submission should be emailed to ewgla2025@uca.es with subject “Abstract“.

Abstract Template

The abstract should not exceed two pages length (references included). It should contain title, authors with their affiliations, 2-3 keywords and a short abstract that may include images and/or tables. Please follow the template provided below and use the provided folder “images” to store your images.
