All participants wishing to present a talk at the meeting are required to submit an abstract following the provided template. Each attendee is allowed to present one abstract at the conference. Please submit your abstract no later than March 9, 2025. All submissions will be reviewed. Notification of the decision of the referees will be sent to the corresponding author by March 31, 2025.

Abstract Template

The abstract should not exceed two pages length (references included). It should contain title, authors with their affiliations, 2-3 keywords and a short abstract that may include images and/or tables. Please follow the template provided below and use the provided folder “images” to store your images.

Please note that you need a (free) gmail account for the abstract submission. You can submit the .tex file in the submission process or a zip file with the .tex and the rest of the required files to compile your abstract.
